Peony

The QUEENS of Spring!  There is nothing more romantic than a big beautiful peony!  Every year we are expanding our peony patch and every year we never have enough!  So, we have a deal with another farmer nearby who grows several acres of peonies each year, and if we can catch them we cut thousands of his peonies as well!  This gives us more quantity to offer you until we can build up a giant patch of our own!

Did you know that peonies can't be cut for the first 3 years of their lives, but once they are established they can live 100 years or more?!

We generally have Peonies from mid April beginning with Coral Charms - early June

Bomb types are dryable.

Vase Life= 4-8 days depending on cultivar.

Chilling: if you are trying to hold peonies or make them last longer definitely hold them in a very cold cooler, as low as 34 F.
