We try to update our availability list every Thursday by Noon for the following weeks’ orders.

  • All orders are received, harvested, sorted, and fulfilled on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.

  • Please keep in mind ANY ORDER YOU GIVE US IS A WISH LIST.  We do our very best to forecast what we will have from week to week.  It is based a lot on our experience, our records, and the weather, especially in the spring and late fall.  Thank you for choosing to support your local flower farm!  For planning purposes, you may use the search bar of this website to search by Available Now, by Month, by Color, by Season, by Flower, by Textural/Foliage/Filler/Focal/Pod/Dryable etc.

  • CURRENTLY WE ARE ONLY DELIVERING ON WEDNESDAYS TO THE RICHMOND AND NORTHERN NECK AREAS.  Orders must be placed at the latest by 7 AM Monday morning

  • We will confirm orders on Tuesday the week of delivery between 2-6PM via texts and or emails.  If we run into an issue and/or we are sold out of a particular flower or color, we will contact you as soon as we know and offer any substitutions we may have.

  • Farm Pick Up offered by appointment Wed-Friday 9-4:30.

  • We do require an order minimum of $100 for the Richmond and Northern Neck areas.  There are no order minimums for Farm Pick Ups.

  • Wholesale Florist Bunches are 10 stems per bunch unless otherwise noted.

  • If we have an Advance Order or a Standard Order from you and have already harvested the flowers, the order cannot be canceled within 48 hours of delivery.  We are a small family farm, not a large wholesaler, and therefore can’t just take a loss on our flowers the way a large corporation would.  Thanks in advance for your thoughtfulness when placing your orders.

  • There is a $16 fee per delivery. Some delivery areas that are further away may need to pay a higher fee of $18.

  • Our delivery areas include but are not limited to the following:  Northside, West End, Short Pump, Mechanicsville, Bon Air, Forrest Hill, Manchester, Downtown, Church Hill, Scotts Addition, the Fan, as well as some parts of Midlothian, Glenn Allen, and Sandston.  If you are outside of our normal delivery area we can schedule to meet you along our route.  Please contact us to set up a place and time. ​

  • Payment is due upon delivery.  We accept checks made out to “Wind Haven Farm” or cash (although we do not carry change).  We also accept the Venmo App payments.  Our username is @windhavenfarmflowers.  Please make sure it is the correct account linked to Jennifer Maloney as we have discovered there is another Wind Haven Farm with a Venmo account.  We now are accepting Bank to Bank payments via our emailed invoices. We still prefer the other two payment methods listed above though because we are charged 1% for these transfers.

  • Due to the number of stops we have in our delivery routes, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.

  • If you have any complications with our flowers, please let us know so that we can figure out how to correct the issue in the future.  We will do our best to work with you to make it right.
