Coxcomb- Traditional Brains

Coxcombs come in a rainbow of colors and forms.  We grow the more traditional brains in brighter colors as well as the fan or sea coral shaped varieties with more delicate colors.  There is a coxcomb for everyone!

The more saturated the color the better they seem to dry.

Early/Mid July - October or First Frost

Vase Life= 10-14 days

Chilling: Do not put in a cooler unless it is set to 50 F or above.  Mostly we store them in an air conditioned room.
