Lorapetalum- Foliage

A while back a florist brought us a branch of beautiful dark maroon and bronze purple foliage.  She said it was lorapetalum from her home garden.  By accident we left it out of water for two days.  It didn't look bad!  Then we recut it, stuck it in a bucket of water and this amazing branch looked great for over a week!  So we decided we needed to add it to our lineup of cut woody foliages here at the farm!  The plants are new last fall so still quite small so we should have more in the years to come.  

12-16" smaller branches for now, as plants mature we will be able to offer longer stems.

We do not put our cut woody branches in our walk in cooler.  We store it in air conditioned room.

Vase life should be at least 7 days, probably more.
