Amsonia- Blue Star

Amsonia is a native perennial that emerges from the ground in the spring, then blooms in late April to early May with a blue flower, strong wire like stems with feathery leaves.  Then, we can cut it mid-summer through the fall for the textural foliage.  In October this foliage turns gold!

We are excited to have this new perennial in our lineup for many seasons to come.

Vase Life 7+ days.

Stems are 12-18" sometimes singles sometimes branching.

We have not trialed this in a walk-in cooler yet.
